Colombian government scholarships for postgraduate studies
The Call for applications for Colombian government scholarships for postgraduate studies in Colombia for the second half of 2023 is open. The Colombian Government, through ICETEX (Invertimos en el talento de los colombianos), offers postgraduate scholarships to:
- foreigners who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in specialization, master’s, and doctorate degrees in public and private Colombian higher education institutions
- foreigners from non-Spanish speaking countries who wish to carry out postgraduate studies in specialization, master's and doctorate degrees in public and private Colombian higher education institutions and who need to strengthen the Spanish language to carry out postgraduate studies in Colombia
